Sagan Tosu remains out from relegation spots after a home win over Yokohama Marinos. The goals from Kanazaki and Fernando Torres on the second half allowed the local side to overcome the opener by Yuki Otsu (29?).

The three points gained keep Tosu on the 15th position of the J1-League table with only one fixture still to play the next weekend.

Marinos made the first blood in their first attempt to goal after a brilliant initial stage by Tosu. But despite a roller-coaster start of the second half with good saves by both keepers, things really changed when Kanazaki scored the equaliser from the kick-spot at 69’. Some minutes after Torres grabbed the winner with a magnificent right-footed shot from outside the box to take Best Amenity Stadium to madness (79’).
